I
think my works are products of a muddied and demented effusion of
media information. Bits of political news accumulate in brain folds
- news of wars, sports, social and ethnic concerns, George Bush,
student demonstrations at Sorbonne against vocational laws, racism,
long range North Korean missiles, images of terrorist groups on
Aljazeera, the Ski Dubai Snowdome, airplane crash in Russia, David
Beckham's monthly salary, the setting off of a bomb in Iraq, the
Avian Flu statistics, and a myriad of short or long info-particles.
Furtive changes in written and spoken language make the 'art' of
persuasion more effective.
